Administrative Activities:

• Performing protocol follow-up procedures and applications,

• Ensuring internal communication flow via e-mail,

• Realization of social, cultural, scientific events and openings organized by Ege University Rectorate

• Official days, commemorations, celebrations

• Arrangement of special day celebrations and meals

• Carrying out consultancy services, evaluating the questions and requests received by the institution, forwarding them to the relevant unit and following the results,

• Preparing congratulatory certificates for the personnel who received academic promotion and ensuring the performance of the academic promotion ceremonies

• Preparation and distribution of promotional materials conveying the activities and current information of Ege University (EU Introduction book, CD, Student's Handbook, etc.)

• Organization of groundbreaking/opening ceremonies of newly created/constructed units

• Preparation of public relations projects or providing support

• Guiding the applicants according to the Right to Information Law, providing the requested information from the relevant unit/units and preparing the necessary reports,

• Execution of official correspondence within the scope of the unit's activity,

• Distribution of various events, information letters, etc. documents and announcements coming from outside the institution to the Rectorate and to be distributed from the Rectorate to the institution

• Internal and external congratulations, invitations, celebrations, thanks, etc. writing articles

• Preparation of protocol signing ceremonies,

• Ensuring media follow-up

 

Social and Cultural Services and Activities

• Organizing the Academic Year Opening Ceremony and Cocktail every year,

• Realization of multi-day event management such as EgeArt Art Days, R&D and Technology Days AREGE, Republic and Atatürk Days,

• Joint Graduation Ceremony preparatory work and the organization of the Ceremony in cooperation with the relevant units

• Conducting the so-called “Academic Year-End Meeting” for administrative staff,

• Organizing traditional New Year Concerts open to EU Academic staff,

• Preparing meal organizations for academic and administrative staff,

• Organizing events that bring together retired members,

• Providing support to the organizations within the possibilities in line with the requests from other units within the institution,

• Providing information on Registration and Promotion Days,

• Taking part in various promotional and education fairs together with the relevant units

• Collaborating with other universities and organizing various organizations together

 

Community Services

• Communicating with the groups constituting the external target audience of the institution, introducing the university and making cooperation initiatives

• Preparation of social responsibility projects in various fields

• Carrying out activities in cooperation with foreign mission representatives, other institutions, and organizations (social and cultural activities such as exhibitions, concerts, symposiums)
